By accessing or using Oleum BI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Oleum BI is a business intelligence platform that allows users to query their data using natural language and generate insights and reports. The Service connects to your data sources and processes queries on your behalf.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Transmit malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oleum AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleum AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
